- How do I know what a generation will cost?
- Every model shows its exact price in credits before the generation runs, so you can change the settings or stop before anything is spent.
- What happens to my credits if a generation fails?
- The credits reserved for a failed generation go back to your balance.
- Do the studio and the API use the same credits?
- Yes. The studio and the API spend one balance at the same model prices.
- How long do credits last?
- Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Can I get a refund?
- Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund of its unused credits. The refund policy has the details.
- How long are my files kept?
- Uploads and results are stored for 30 days and then deleted. Download the results you want to keep.
