Identity and contact
Raywake is an AI creative studio and API at raywake.si. Its privacy policy states that the service is operated from Germany. The ChatGPT integration disclosures identify its publisher as OGUZHAN KAYAN. Support and privacy requests go to hello@raywake.com. These are Raywake's own published disclosures, not an independently verified company-registry record.
Products and intended use
The studio and API provide image, video and audio generation using third-party models. They share an account and credit balance. Public model guides and documentation are readable without an account; generation, billing, API keys and private history require authentication. Model availability, inputs and restrictions can change, so the live catalogue and the selected model's current schema determine what can run.
Pricing, retries and refunds
Generations use prepaid credits. A quote prices the exact model and input before submission; starting reserves credits, success captures the charge and failure releases the reservation. Some models settle to measured usage within the quoted upper bound. A timeout is not proof of failure: retry the original submission with the same idempotency key and inspect its status before starting a replacement. Credit-purchase refunds and withdrawal requests follow the published policies; they are distinct from a failed generation's released reservation.
Files, privacy and access
Uploaded and generated media is retained for 30 days. Signed result links expire separately; reading the owned job again can supply a fresh link while the file remains stored. Download files you need to keep. Generation requires sending the selected input to the relevant processing providers described in the privacy policy. API keys belong on the customer's server, and job history and file access are account scoped.
ChatGPT integration
The Raywake integration links an existing account through OAuth. It can search models, inspect schemas, read credits, quote and start approved generations, and retrieve owned results and history. Connection scopes, a per-generation credit ceiling and account spending controls apply. Disconnecting prevents future tool access but does not cancel a submitted generation or reverse its charge. Public directory availability is subject to OpenAI's review and publication process.
